This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Games ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, editor, engine, and related services (the "Service").

1. What We Collect

We may collect:

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, and login details
• Session and security information, such as IP address, browser, and device information
• Content you create or upload, such as projects, assets, thumbnails, screenshots, and profile content
• Payment and subscription information, such as Polar customer IDs, order IDs, subscription status, and billing-related metadata
• AI-related information, such as prompts, chat messages, editor context, screenshots, generated outputs, and usage records, when you use hosted AI features
• Support and communication information, such as messages you send us

We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Payments are handled by Polar and its payment partners.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Create and manage accounts
• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure
• Process payments, subscriptions, and billing
• Provide AI-assisted features
• Store and deliver user content
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations

3. AI Features

If you use our hosted AI features, the content needed to fulfill your request may be processed through Cloudflare AI Gateway and the model providers behind that gateway.

If you connect your own AI provider or local server, requests may instead be sent directly from your device to the provider or server you choose. In that local or bring-your-own-key mode, we do not route or store that AI request content, including prompts, context, screenshots, or outputs, on our servers as part of fulfilling that request.

Some related data, such as chat history, screenshots, settings, editor state, and local usage information shown in the interface, may still be stored or processed locally in your browser on your device.

4. Payments

We use Polar for checkout, subscriptions, billing, receipts, and payment-related account state.

When you make a purchase or manage a subscription:

• Polar may collect billing, payment, tax, and transaction information
• We may receive limited billing and subscription metadata needed to provide paid features
• Polar may act as merchant of record for transactions

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, and support reliability and abuse prevention.

Parts of the editor may also use browser storage, including local storage or IndexedDB, to store local editor state, chat history, and screenshots on your device.

6. Sharing

We share personal information only when needed to run the Service, comply with law, or protect our rights.

This may include sharing with:

• Authentication providers, such as GitHub, Google, and Discord
• Payment providers, such as Polar
• AI and gateway providers, including Cloudflare AI Gateway, when you use hosted AI features
• Hosting, infrastructure, storage, and observability providers, including Better Stack for error monitoring
• Professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where required

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Some data may remain in browser storage on your device until you clear it or the app removes it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
